# Workout Notes:
Due to the stomach issues the other day, and the fact that I'm losing weight rather rapidly, I decided to carb up pretty good with candy today. That ensured that today's quads workout was able to be executed with a good performance. I did feel a little bit slow this morning, and the feeling continued with me to the gym. However, it was soon forgotten as I got the first couple of sets over with.
