# Workout Notes:
Laholms HälsoCenter, the gym that sponsors me, and where I train regularly, has installed a new iso row machine. Naturally, this was the perfect opportunity for me to try it out. In fact, I've been waiting for this so that I could plan my future workouts around it. So, what's the verdict? It's an awesome machine for sure. Now, a lot of machines are in fact perfect for executing a back workout, but what makes this such a perfect machine for me is that it enables me to work the back without having my lower back issues interfere with the workout. Feels good to have the new machine just in time for training day three hundred!
