What's up?

For those of you who regularly read the blog, you might be surprised that there are very few posts right now - specifically posts about my training. Here's the reason. What's happening right now is that the website is about to be rebuilt. What that means is that you guys will get a brand new design, new material, but above all, the site will be in Swedish. There might be a chance that I'll keep some of the material in English, but by the looks of it, that'll happen further ahead. So, keep your eyes open and don't forget to keep Bringing Awesome Back!

Ooooh, must be something really awesome...

Bonus Material: Fredrik Backlund Tammerpokalen 2014

Some things are worth highlighting. In my world, usually that means something that comes from the heart. During our reportage at Tammer Training Camp 2014 we also shot some footage at Tammerpokalen. One of the athletes entering the competition was Fredrik Backlund from Lund. I decided to add his performance as bonus material on the YouTube channel. Not because he won, but because he displayed true passion for the sport. Thank you Fredrik!

Amazing performance, congratulations!

Honorary Award At Tammerpokalen 2014

It's probably impossible for you guys to have missed that I recently put out a big reportage from Tammer Training Camp and Tammerpokalen 2014. What I didn't put in that video was the video where I received a honorary award. I didn't really feel that it was relevant for the reportage. But, nevertheless, my girlfriend recorded the whole thing, and since it means the world for me, I'm putting the entire thing here on the website. Here you go!

From the bottom of my heart, thank you Anders!

Bringing Awesome Back Goes Tammer Training Camp 2014

It's yet again time for another reportage. This time Bringing Awesome Back heads up north to Tammer Training Camp and Tammerpokalen. The man behind the camp is none other than our Swedish bodybuilding legend Anders Graneheim. Anders, and his family, put their heart and soul into this project each year. They create opportunities as well as friendship for many of the people who are lucky enough to visit Lögdö Herrgård. This is a reportage with heart. From Bringing Awesome Back with love!
