Cheat Day One Hundred Eleven

Today it's yet again time for another cheat day. Right now it's not really that important since I'm not 100% strict on my diet. I'm currently not close to any form defining goal. I am, however, 100% focused on getting my company running and being able to promote myself at upcoming expos and events. In any case, here's some of today's goodies!

Cheat Day One Hundred Ten

My body completely collapsed today. I started the morning at about 7.30, going up and paying bills. After that we took off to get some food, after which I came home and crashed in bed. I was so exhausted and tired that I could hardly regain a human state again. Luckily, I was able to get myself together enough to head off to work. This cheat day is not one of the best, but I've had worse...

Cheat Day One Hundred Nine

It's the day after Midsummer's Eve and it's time for yet another cheat day, which is definitely a welcomed activity. Unfortunately, as last training session revealed, I'm still stuck with the cold, which means an entire day of running nose and tired eyes. I got some tips from last guest on Bringing Awesome Back Goes Radio, Ali Komai, as to how this could be solved. Unfortunately I didn't have the stuff needed in my supply... Oh well, nothing a pancake buffet can't fix!

Cheat Day One Hundred Eight

Awesomeness incoming! Yes, because today I'm not only eating whatever I want, I'm also heading over to my old buddies for a night of gaming. That means that we're bringing out goodies of today as well as nuggets from the past. These will most likely include everything from Commodore 64 classics to the slightly more modern games such as Mario Kart 8. Time to enjoy life!

Cheat Day One Hundred Seven

This time we're going for something different. A few days back we entered this little shop carrying items from Japan, China, and so on. There and then we decided to pick up some goodies for this day. Unfortunately our plan to actually cook a meal went out the window, which resulted in a pizza instead. But, nevertheless, the "other" goodis were consumed as well!

Apparently we left Sweden without even knowing it this time!

Cheat Day One Hundred Six

Amazing day, amazing food and an amazing girlfriend. What? Yeah, we celebrated out four year anniversary today. Unfortunately I had to work from morning to late evening, but I still managed to get a lot of food in my belly, give my girlfriend a present, and, tell her how much how love her. And just in case she reads this entry, I love you baby! Always have, always will.

Cheat Day One Hundred Five

Today was a special cheat day. Why? Because we had a lot to celebrate. Last weekend I traveled 6 hours to Stockholm in order to do three lectures during Fitnessgalan - one on Friday, one on Saturday and one on Sunday. This was my first opportunity to stand in front of a crowd and tell my story of how I went from severe obesity to a well-toned physique. Getting there was a journey in itself, but I won't go into the details as to why that was. Let's just say that I'm glad that I got the opportunity and that I could do it without any major issues. Now, the second thing that was worth celebrating was the fact that I had my last lecture at the University of Halmstad. Once I got home, on the very same day, my Bachelor Degree was waiting for me in the mail box. Due to all of this, my parents and my girlfriend decided to have a cozy evening and celebrate with food. During this evening we watched one of the lectures that were recorded during Fitnessgalan. For those of you who haven't seen it yet, you can watch it here

Cheat Day One Hundred Four

Since important things are in the horizon and the time for relaxation is short, this cheat day had to be carried out on a work day. That meant that this cheat day is actually simple a cheat evening. Cheat Day One Hundred Three

This cheat day has been an awesome one. We started the morning with heading off to the supermarket, getting the breakfast items that we wanted. As a usual routine we've started to drive down to Mom and Dad's and have our breakfast there. Towards the afternoon we had something special on the agenda. My father-in-law celebrated his 70th birthday and had invited us - as well as plenty of family and friends - for dinner. It was a lovely time, and, we got back home in time for Gladiatorerna on TV4. Good stuff!

Cheat Day One Hundred Two

It's Easter time and my girlfriend and I got ourselves a good ol' cheat day to look forward to. Easter is a festive time that's never really been big in my life. Although, as I've turned older, the festivities that surrounds it have become more and more cherished. It's a nice opportunity to get together, do stuff together, not to mention EAT stuff together. And let's not forget, what other seasonal festivity carries as much protein as this one? Happy Easter folks!

Cheat Day One Hundred One

Another cheat day has come to an end, and what an awesome day its been. To be honest, I started out pretty tired this morning due to having to go to work for a few hours. But, once I got home, I had an hour or so of rest, then I was ready to get back up on that horse. Tomorrow I'll change the diet plan once again and start getting leaner. Tonight, however, I'm not even thinking about it!

Cheat Day One Hundred

One hundred... imagine that folks. Ever since I went under the knife and had my excess skin removed I've had one hundred days of excessive eating! It's crazy when you think about it. If we'd put an average intake at about 7000 calories from each cheat day that would mean 700 000 calories in total. This could also be represented by more than 2300 cheeseburgers, or perhaps 7000 pancakes (if I'd stick simply to that). And this would all come from simply one day once-a-week. In any case, putting all that aside. This cheat day has been a most amazing one. My girlfriend and I took a long road trip together with my parents, and it all ended up at their place with a big ass barbecue. You just can't go wrong with that. Oh, and as a side note. From now on I've decided that I won't be counting calories on the cheat day entries. I'm going to keep it simple and just post a few pictures as well as a few thoughts as to how the day has been. I'm doing this because I realize that things are consuming a lot more time than I care to spend. Hopefully you guys will be alright with that!

Cheat Day Ninety Nine

This cheat day was kind of inspired by last cheat day's hotel breakfast. We both agreed that we missed having multiple choices in the morning, a bit of this and a bit of that. Hence, the morning was started with a nice assortment of food. During work I was treated to some home made pizza, although I wanted to save my appetite a little bit because I knew that smörgåstårta would be on the menu later during the evening. This was spent at my brother's house celebrating his birthday. Good stuff!

Cheat Day Ninety Eight

This has been an most awesome cheat day. First of all, which perhaps isn't the reason as to why it was awesome, my girlfriend had to work. This meant that I had all day to myself, doing exactly what I wanted. I started the morning with a calm and cozy breakfast and sat down for a few hours of work - in the pace that I chose. I then proceeded to head over to my good old friend for an afternoon of gaming and food. After that I met up with my girlfriend and proceeded to head over to her class mate's apartment for some birthday celebration. Yup folks, this was a great day! And here are the food pics!

Cheat Day Ninety Seven

It's been a long day and a not-so-action-filled cheat day. I had to work and it's always harder to eat whatever you want when you're not at home. However, we did the best we could, and we got a big McDonalds meal in as soon as I got home. On the plus side we went to the movies at work, which isn't all too bad. Not bad at all to be honest. Especially if we count in the fact that I really like my work place. And here are the food pics!

Cheat Day Ninety Six

Yes, another cheat day has finally arrived and it was definitely needed. Last night I found myself really agitated and frustrated due to workload on the body and little calories in the diet. I slept rather poorly and I was pretty tired during the day. Putting that aside, it turned out to be a great cheat day, much thanks to my lovely girlfriend who always make sure that I'm in the best of moods. I made us some pasta carbonara as well as chocolate mousse for dinner, which was a recipe that my brother sent me (thank you John). In any case, I'm sure that the frustration will be over by tomorrow as the body is fueled up and the mind is happy.
