Training Day One Hundred Sixty Five

First Monday since I arrived home from Turkey and things are already more hectic than ever. Not only was today the deadline for applying for specific courses during the free semester at the University, but aside from that, there are two deadlines to be met for this upcoming Friday. Today has been all about making sure things are on schedule. To be honest, ever since my girlfriend got he blood clot and things got turned upside down, it feels like I'm taking 3 steps forward only to take 5 steps back.

Back double biceps pic taken this evening (prior to my workout).

# Workout Notes:
Today's workout was good considering my current state. The week in Turkey was exhausting, and adding to that I came home with a cold. I'm doing the best I can, just keeping the engine running, but there's definitely not a lot of intensity going on. I also had to change the second exercise to Bent Over Dumbbell Rows instead of Seated Cable Rows due to that machine being occupied for an extensive period of time.
