Training Day One Hundred Sixty Nine

Yesterday was spent trying to bake a big delicious chocolate cake. Naturally, things had to be all complicated and it took quite a few hours. In any case, today, my good old friend turned 30 and we surprised him early this morning with the cake as well as few presents. After that, we went home to Mom and Dad's before I had to run some errands at Laholm. The evening was spent in Ängelholm where my girlfriend had hockey practice - during which I took the opportunity to carry out my gym session.

Side chest pic taken at the gym after my workout.

# Workout Notes:
Today's workout felt great. I felt powerful, ready to perform and I wasn't in any way feeling sick from all the food I had been eating. The only thing worth noticing is that the Smith Machine had some kind of brake system where the bar is slowed down on its downward movement. That meant that I could add a few more kilos onto the bar than usual. An excellent workout!
