Training Day One Hundred Sixty Three

Been a pretty calm and quiet day today. I changed my diet yesterday, which meant that I had to go grocery shopping this morning. I also took the opportunity to buy some new lunch boxes that are slightly smaller in size since I don't have that much room in my bags. Other than that, today has been spent taking care of University related stuff. Nothing fancy, just the ordinary life back home in Sweden.

Quads pic taken this afternoon (prior to workout).

# MORNING WALK TIME: 40 MINUTES

# Workout Notes:
This workout turned out to be a horrible one. Firstly, I decided to change the initial Barbell Squat To A Bench into simply Squats. On the 6th set I went deep and felt a tremendous lower back pain. That resulted in me not even getting a 90 degree angle in the upcoming sets. I decided that it'd have to do for the time being. The Leg Extensions as well as the Cable Crunches were affected by the back pain. During the Cable Crunches I even forgot the amount of reps that I should be doing, hence, I went up to 12 reps on the second set instead of sticking to the 8 reps that I intended. Things simply didn't work. Right now I'm still feeling the pain and I will definitely scrap squats - or at least do them with a belt - until I've fully recovered from this.
