Training Day Four Hundred Fifty Six

The weekend is upon us and to be quite honest, there's a lot of things to take care of. However, seeing as tomorrow is my birthday, I will take the day off nonetheless. Apparently my girlfriend has bought some presents for me and I'm definitely not allowed to peek in the bags that she's brought home. What I was allowed to do, however, was buying home some food for tomorrow's cheat day, and that food is waiting in the fridge this very moment. Seems like I'm in for a good time!

Holy crap I was weak during today's workout. Lately, the carbs are much lower than I'm used to, and I was surprised to see how much that would actually hinder my performance. It wasn't that I felt worn out, because I'm actually not doing that much cardio - the strength was simply not there.
