Training Day Four Hundred Sixty Eight

Working Christmas... Yeah, that's pretty much what my girlfriend and I did. Fortunately we had the evening off, which meant that we could take off to my brother's house for celebrations. Basically, another day of work, another day of earning our living.

One-Arm Triceps Extensions!

# One-Leg Lying Leg Curl
- Set 1: 8 x 11 lbs (5 kg)
- Set 2: x 11 lbs (5 kg)
- Set 3: x 15,4 lbs (7 kg)
- Set 4:  x 19,8 lbs (9 kg)
- Set 5: 26,4 lbs (12 kg)
- Set 6: x 35,2 lbs (16 kg)

# Close-Grip Bench Press
- Set 1:  x 44 lbs (20 kg)
- Set 2:  x 44 lbs (20 kg)

# Workout Notes:
This was the second workout that my girlfriend and I had together. Since we're both cutting, I've decreased the reps in each set so that we get the job done without becoming worn out. Short and intense workouts with heavy load is my style during a cutting period.
