Training Day Five Hundred Two

Today is the first day of my girlfriend's internship at the Hospital in Halmstad. She'll be at one of the sections that specialize in matters of the heart. In fact, she'll be door-to-door with the place where she was put during her last health-related incident. In any case, I'm damn proud of her, and the Hospital has just earned itself a highly valuable employee, if they play their cards right! Oh, and for you Swedes who watch the Olympics, Hellner just earned us another Gold this morning!

Olympic Gold this morning (displayed on TV). That calls for celebration!

# Workout Notes:
I had myself one of those high intensity workouts with little or no break inbetween sets. It's not really that I planned for it as much as the fact that I was short in time. However, with the capacity that comes from a post-cheat day workout, it was all fun and games!
