Training Day Five Hundred

Tomorrow is Valentine's Day, which means the perfect opportunity to celebrate how much you love your baby. Although, for others it might mean that you're in trouble because you didn't get her the right thing, or in the worst case scenario, you didn't get her anything. Then again, I shouldn't be worried considering that I found myself a real keeper! Enjoy tomorrow folks! Oh, and baby, if you read this - I love you!

# Workout Notes:
Had myself a real quick session due to limit in time. I'm fairly uncertain whether the performance is good or bad due to the fact that I had to carry out my workout in a different gym than usual. Having to count through pounds instead of kilos will do that to you! In any way, workout over and done with.
