Today was the day I had been waiting for the entire week. The owner and head Chef Niklas over at Knut Jöns bakery in Båstad had promised to sponsor my cheat day with something really special. I kinda knew what this would be, but there was indeed some interesting new touches added as a surprise. As promised, it will all be revealed in this entry, and, you'll also get a few behind-the-scenes photos. Oh, and just for the record, I've decided to call this surprise by its rightful name: "Awesome cake"!

As if getting my own Awesome cake wasn't enough, the evening did also include a few other delicious things. By law, the obligatory Friday night muscle program
Gladiators (Swedish edition) was followed on the TV. While watching that, we enjoyed our very own, home cooked, pasta bolognese.
Gladiators and Awesome cake, it just doesn't get much better than that! Oh, and before I'm signing off; if you're ever in Båstad, make sure you make a stop over at
