Training Day Two Hundred Forty Eight

The long days continue as I started the morning with heading to Halmstad for a lecture straight after my morning walk. After that, it was time for a meeting just after lunch, and then it was back to yet another lecture concerning a different course. Straight after all university related stuff was done, I went to a gym in Halmstad and got my workout done. Right now, I'm back home, getting ready to do some more studying. Quite honestly, it's not what I'd like to do right now, but time is an issue and there's work to be done.

I was rather tired today during my workout. Mentally I felt rather fine, but physically I had to really push myself through it all. The weights and performance turned out really good, but I'm definitely looking forward to Friday's cheat day!
