Training Day Four Hundred Four

Long, long day today! It's been lectures, labs and workshops from 9 this morning until 5 in the evening at the university in Halmstad. After that it was time for a quick workout before working at the gym in Båstad. Right now, the clock has struck 9 and I'm recently arrived home. Feels great to be able to kick back! But first, today's training entry!

# Workout Notes:
Lately, I've been cutting down on the food a little bit - well, to be honest, mostly the candy - and it's resulted in an increase on the performance department. It's most likely not because I have more energy, but rather that I'm feeling less bloated, which puts me in a more refreshed state. Today was no exception, and I was able to bang out a few more reps than usual. Awesome stuff!
