Training Day Four Hundred

There's a lot of cool stuff going on lately. First of all, the trip to Las Vegas and the Mr Olympia is getting real close, and today we booked hotel tickets for our one day stay in Denmark prior to leaving for the USA. Secondly, the latest episode of Bringing Awesome Back Goes Radio will be released on Wednesday. The guest is bodybuilder Johan Adolfsson, and you guys should definitely tune in if you're interested in hearing a story that's true to heart. Oh, and by the way, it's amazing that 400 training days have passed ever since I went under the knife and removed the excess skin that was left after halving my bodyweight. I'm looking forward to the next 400 days of training!

# MORNING WALK TIME: 46,37 MINUTES

# Workout Notes:
Pump! That was definitely the word for the forearms portion of the workout. Holy crap, I thought the arms were about to explode - either that or something would be ripped off. It's definitely a whole different ball game to be working out when you're on the plus side of the caloric equation. Although, I'm looking more bloated by each day that passes by. Nevertheless, I like where I'm at right now.
