Training Day Three Hundred Ninety Nine

This was the first day of the new Sport Psychology course which will give me the chance to work with an actual athlete. This is an exciting opportunity for me to practice my skills while some lucky athlete gets the opportunity to have me follow them for six months, getting free counseling and help with their issues within their specific sport. Good times are upon us!

# Workout Notes:
Today's workout was rather slow in the beginning. I had a pretty rough day as far as the diet was concerned, and I could feel the effect of it at the gym. I was actually underachieving during the Bench Press, and as soon as the workout was over I got slightly dizzy. Time to recover and have my cheat day!
