Training Day Four Hundred Nineteen

Today has been spent in Halmstad. It's been an exciting day as one of the new courses is presenting some interesting opportunities. For various reasons I can't really go into what exactly that is, but it's definitely one step in the right direction for my career. # Workout Notes:
I was loading up prior to getting to the gym with fruit and pastries. I was aiming for a killer workout, but instead I got a fair bit of disappointment. I felt off my game and I wasn't really enjoying the first portion - which was delts. However, as soon as the calves were up for a beating, things slightly brightened up. At this point it's time to lick the wounds and prepare for yet another day of grinding.
