Training Day Four Hundred Fifteen

It's been two whole days since we got home from Las Vegas, the Mr Olympia, getting engaged and having our first tattoos. How two people can manage to accomplish as many things as we did in this short period of time is beyond me. Right now, I've edited all the footage from the Olympia expo and there's some pretty awesome people in the interviews - Ronnie Coleman, Shawn Ray, Aaron Clark, to name a few. Stay tuned for the release!

# Workout Notes:
This morning I weighed myself and I've only gained about a pound since leaving for Vegas. Having only two training days over there has given the muscles a fair bit of rest, and I could feel it in today's workout. However, it's yet again time to get back to the good old diet and shape this body up. Time to keep on grinding!
