Training Day Four Hundred Seventeen

As I've previously stated, it feels good being back home. However, when a big journey ends there's usually a lot to catch up with. Everyday stuff that's not been addressed for the week that we've been gone awaits when we get back, and that's exactly what today has been all about. In fact, that's also what the rest of the evening will be all about!

# MORNING WALK TIME: N/A

# Workout Notes:
Being back home has meant quite a few changes. Firstly, the morning walks have been scrapped. Adding to that, I'm also doing less workouts. In fact, today's workout was shortened in itself. The reason for this? To begin with, the body is tired from the adventure. But above all, I've arrived home feeling sick. I'll have to play things safe for now.
