Training Day Four Hundred Twenty One

This has definitely been a laid back day. I started working back at the retirement home yesterday, and it was fun seeing the old ladies and gentlemen again. Today was a day off however, and I've basically been taking things easy and just relaxing. Tomorrow means business again as it's back to the University, but first, here's today's training entry!

Side chest pic taken at the gym after my workout.

# Workout Notes:
I'm definitely noticing that I'm back on a diet and eating more strict again. The power wasn't really there, even though I wasn't feeling that weak either. I'm definitely going to evaluate which way I'm taking the diet as things progress. But as of right now I'm sticking with what I'm used to.
