Training Day Four Hundred Sixteen

It does feel good being back home. Las Vegas was without a doubt an awesome experience, but when the hectic neon lit life turns into a calm reality it feels good be around the people you love. Today we took a trip to the local flee market in the village that I was born. It was a good reminder of all the good things that make "home" a heartwarming word.

# Workout Notes:
The food frenzy in Vegas seems to give some good results as far as the gym performance was concerned. There were no issues in today's workout and I felt strong all the way through. However, the motivation was slightly at a low due to some recent sleeping issues. However, it's no wonder that the sleep is bad since the time has been turned upside down from our trip to the states.
