This has been one of the longest, most errand-filled days in my life. Meeting, lecture, seminar, work, gym instruction, you name it! At this point, just before midnight, I'm about ready to hit the sack. Tomorrow awaits a day containing a massive amount of food - I think I can live with that!

Considering the extremely long day and the hunger that was creeping up on me towards the end, this was a really good workout. I didn't really increase on any weights, but I did however pull it off with my honor intact. Good work soldier!
