Training Day Four Hundred Seventy Three

It's the day after New Year's Eve, and for those of you who haven't yet turned human, this morning marked the release of the very first Bringing Awesome Back Goes Radio episode in the year 2014! The guest was Lars Östling and it's a great start of a great year. In any case, in today's training entry I've added a bit of artistic freedom to my pictures. I guess I was in a comic book mode - maybe due to the theme of the latest podcast episode. Oh, and for those of you who don't know, my girlfriend and I teamed up as workout partners in the end of 2013 and we're still going at it!

Holy crap, the tight cheat days are certainly yielding an effect on the workouts. I've never felt as strong as I'm doing right now. Then again, I've probably not felt as heavy as I'm doing right now either. It'll be interesting to see how things turn out now that we're back on the regular cheat day intervals yet again!
