Training Day Four Hundred Seventy Nine

God damn f*cking blood clots! I am sad to say that once again, my girlfriend might have been the victim of yet another blood clot - and she's not even turned 30 yet! At this very moment, she's at the emergency unit with my mom while I'm going off to cover her work shift. I don't want to be there, I want to be with her. It's not an easy decision, but we have to be able to pay our bills. I'm just imagining what small comfort that would be if things turn out for the worse... Not a good day!

I'm not sure what to say. The workout was done in haste so that I could get to work ASAP. To be honest, I don't really feel like delving any deeper as to how things went. Let's just leave it with saying that it was done.
