Training Day Five Hundred Fourteen

Today another episode of Bringing Awesome Back Goes Radio was recorded, and this time the guest was bodybuilder Anders Lundgren. The cool thing about Anders, besides being an awesome coach and athlete, is that he might actually have been the first bodybuilder I ever met in real life. The reason for this was due to my girlfriend actually living in his home town of Jönköping when we started dating. Funny how things come together in the end!

Damn good session. But, as I always say, you can't complain during a post-cheat day workout. The energy is almost always there and the weights fly like they're made out of paper. The only bad thing is that it'll be quite some time until next one...
