Training Day Five Hundred Twelve

It's been a busy week but a lot of things are coming together. First of all, the next guest on Bringing Awesome Back Goes Radio has been chosen, and the recording will be done on this upcoming Sunday. Secondly, work-related matters are all forming a schedule around my life that I can cope with. I'm pretty sure that it's at times like these that you should consider yourself lucky... well, either that or stressed out!

Lat spread pic taken this morning prior to breakfast.

# Workout Notes:
Had myself a fast-paced back workout today due to little time in-between work places. It's actually quite a welcomed experience, being pushed into going beyond limits. I'm also - as I've mentioned numerous times - "going with the flow" so to speak, which makes the workouts even more interesting. In fact, it feels like a blessing for the mind. Good stuff!
