Training Day Five Hundred Sixteen

It's a busy week right now up until Friday where my girlfriend and I head to Gothenburg. We're going to enjoy a weekend just the two of us. There's a few reasons as to why we're doing this (besides it being relaxing). We're actually going to see a concert with my girlfriend's childhood dream band - Backstreet Boys. Yeah, I know what you guys are thinking, but to be fair, she did follow me to an Alice Cooper concert, so this should make us just about even. In any case, while we're there we might even drop on by at Exhale Gym for a workout session. So if you're in Gothenburg and feeling like going for a workout at Exhale Gym this weekend, well then drop on by and have a chat. Also, you guys should definitely keep an eye (or an ear) open tomorrow morning at 6 o'clock. A new episode of Bringing Awesome Back Goes Radio will be released, and this time the guest is none other than bodybuilder Anders Lundgren. Stay tuned!

# MORNING WALK TIME: N/A

# Workout Notes:
Today's workout was all about one thing and one thing only - targeting the biceps. The biceps have always been crappy on my physique and I've never really felt that I was able to train them properly. Today I wanted change. I scrapped all the exercises that I've always been told to do, and simply tried to position myself so that I could feel the muscle work properly. The result? Kneeling Cable Curl Over Head! I'm not sure if that's an exercise, but it works for me and I'll keep on doing it! It's evaluation time folks!
