Training Day Two Hundred Seventy Eight

It's been one hell of a day. This night, my girlfriend had to visit the emergency unit at 4 o'clock in the morning. As if this very fact wasn't bad enough for one day, we both had an exam to prepare for. Her exam was at 9 o'clock in the morning while mine was in the afternoon. However, due to the nightly escapades, none of us were able to sleep, which meant we were dead tired prior to heading to our separate schools (or in my case, the University). After a long day of exam preparations, and sleepy eyes, it was finally time to head to Halmstad University and get the exam over with. After that, I proceeded to the gym before finally being able to head off to my brother and celebrate my niece (who turned 6 yesterday). Right now, I'm sitting outside of the locker room, writing my training entry, before heading over to my brother's house for birthday celebrations.

# Workout Notes:
It may be the new pre-workout product (Push Hypertrophy), or it might be my imagination, but the training is going really well right now. Considering the bad sleep, and my overall drowsiness, I didn't really expect much from today's workout. However, things were better than usual and I had myself an awesome workout. Time to begin the Birthday celebrations!
