Training Day Two Hundred Seventy Three

Today is a busy day. Right now, I'm recently back at the University after a quick visit to one of the gyms here in Halmstad. Most likely, I'll be spending the entire day here, after which I'll be heading to Båstad for work. Right now, I'm eating lunch and writing my training entry before going back to the essay writing. And here are the goodies for the day!

Quads pic taken this morning after breakfast.

# Workout Notes:
I was pleasantly surprised by today's workout. The past few workouts I've been tired, worn and unable to perform to the limit that I'm used to. However, that was not the case with today's workout. In fact, I was able to push myself beyond the usual limit. The abs portion of the workout was especially rough, and, I was performing to the point where I was ready to vomit. I'm definitely not a fan of being on the "vomiting point", but, that's how things went down today.
