Training Day Two Hundred Seventy Seven

It's been an important day for my future development. Today, I visited the plastic surgeon for the first time, with hopes of finally being able to operate the skin around my chest area. As you might have read earlier, my girlfriend gave me money to start this operation through an incredibly thoughtful act of kindness (read about it here). However, to this day, we've been worried about what the operation would actually cost us, and to be honest, it's very expensive. 44600 SEK ($6920) is the price they want, which means that now begins a new journey of trying to find a way to fund this. My girlfriend and I have a few ideas, but, it'll definitely be a challenge. I'm incredibly thankful for the support I have as I try to overcome this new obstacle. The positive outlook, however, is that I finally know that it can be done and what to aim for. This gives me a clear goal to work towards, and that will definitely help me in my future journey.

# Workout Notes:
Leaving the surgery behind, the workout for the afternoon was a good one. However, I felt especially strong during the delt portion of the workout, whereas the calves felt a little bit off. Nevertheless, the pump was excruciating and I do believe I performed to the limit that I'm supposed to.
