Training Day Two Hundred Seventy Six

It's full speed ahead on the studying as an exam is closing in. On Thursday I'll be doing my best trying to pass it. Meanwhile, the daily grind of work and meetings continue, which meant that I did my workout earlier than usual today. That enables me to have the evening open for business. In any case, I made sure I had taken care of personal matters this morning before finally taking off to Laholms HälsoCenter for a hamstrings and triceps workout.

# Workout Notes:
I tried out a newly ordered pre-workout product from proteinbutiken.se today. It's called Strength Push Hypertrophy. What's different about it is that it's actually a pre-workout as well as post-workout product, meaning that you take half a dosage prior to training, and the other half after you're done. The reason for buying this product is that I've recently tried out a few pre-workout products that I'm happy with. It turns out that the common ingredient among them all is L-Citrulline Malate. Naturally, this product contained that as well, so I figured I'd give it a try. And the verdict so far? Awesome! And in the long run? Time will tell...
