Training Day Two Hundred Seventy One

Today has been spent taking care of personal stuff. It has meant many hours of work, but, eventually it all paid off and it feels like a great relief to be able to move on ahead. After all the personal work, it was time for my workout at Laholms HälsoCenter. At this very moment I'm writing my training entry at the gym, and I'll be heading off to Halmstad for a good few hours of work after I'm done.

# Workout Notes:
Today's workout was lacking a little bit on the performance department. My body was sore and tired even before I started doing any damage to the muscles. However, the mind was surprisingly alert and I was able to push myself to the physical limit for the evening. The only problem was that the usual limit is a bit higher than what was offered today. Nevertheless, I'm happy with the work I put in.
