Training Day Two Hundred Seventy Four

After working the whole day to finalize things for my University deadline, I finally handed it all in at 4 o'clock. It felt as a great relief, and as a reward, I treated myself to a chest and biceps workout at Laholms HälsoCenter - which was followed by a tanning session. Before we go into today's training entry, I'd like to remind you all to watch the Swedish Gladiators on TV4 at 8 o'clock tonight! It'll most likely be an awesome show!

Definitely a decent workout this evening. I wasn't really outperforming myself, but I was definitely keeping up with my usual pace and reaching the limits that I'm used to. A good way to end the last workout before tomorrow's cheat day!
