Training Day Two Hundred Sixty Six

It's been an incredibly long day today with lots of bad news. Future plans have been scrapped, and, adding insult to injury, we also received the repair bill for the car - 2077 SEK (about $322). For two students such as my girlfriend and I, that is definitely not a sum that we can just easily put out. However, we have no choice but to pay the money and do what's right. In any case, here's the workout for the evening.

Triceps pic taken at home this evening after my workout.

# Workout Notes:
Today's workout was fairly good. I didn't outperform myself in any way, but, I didn't really go beneath my expected level either. The hamstrings portion of the workout felt a little bit better than the triceps portion did. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the performance on the One-Arm Triceps Cable Pushdowns exercise.
