Training Day Three Hundred Thirty Eight

Another busy day filled with information and work has passed. This has, however, been the last day where we have to go through hours of informational stuff. Tomorrow, it's back to the real work place for some hands on experiences. The weekend will be the first opportunity where I get to work without anyone keeping an eye on me. I'm not really worried though, the place is filled with lovely old ladies and gentlemen. I'm in for an awesome summer!

Quads pic taken this morning after breakfast.

# MORNING WALK TIME: 45,43 MINUTES

# Workout Notes:
My legs are feeling real tired from all the walking that's going on lately. I could feel the right leg having a bit of sharp pain during a few of the sets. Most likely, this is due to the quads getting too little rest. That's why I'm keeping the sets and the reps low right now. As I always say, you have to play it smart if you want to be in it for the long run.
