Training Day Three Hundred Thirty One

Just as I announced this morning, the first episode of Bringing Awesome Back Goes Radio will be released on Wednesday. Due to this, there are still some final touches to take care of, which meant that the day was spent working with that. In parallel to that, I had about a gazillion other errands and obligations to take care of. Basically, it's been a busy day up until finally heading to work in the evening. Today's workout was carried out at my home away from home - Laholms HälsoCenter.

# Workout Notes:
Today's workout was one of those that is simply just plain. There wasn't much increase in weights, but then again, I wasn't stagnating either. The triceps were dead tired by the time I started doing the pushdowns. A lot of cheating, and a fair bit of sloppy movement, was the finishing touch. No stress though, there's a new opportunity next week!
