Training Day Three Hundred Fifty Eight

It's been a pretty calm week in the sense that I haven't had much work hours at the retirement home. Tomorrow, that'll change yet again as I'm working the weekend. It's great having these times of recovery, and it was probably a good thing considering the event that took place with my Mom. I do believe I'm good and ready to keep on bringing awesome back yet again! By the way, I know I'm not good at promoting the Facebook page here on the website, so here's a reminder for you all to keep up with Bringing Awesome Back on Facebook.

Quads pic taken this morning after breakfast. Black and white!

# Workout Notes:
I've been pretty pumped all day up until the point where I got to the gym. For some reason, a feeling of exhaustion just came over me as soon as I sat down into the Leg Extension Machine. Fortunately, the workout wasn't affected by this, in fact, it was one of the better ones. But it did feel a bit awkward pushing through the feeling of tiredness in the beginning.
