Training Day Three Hundred Fifty Six

Ordinary life with ordinary days continue. Time off from work means I have time for personal work, and that's exactly what I've spent the entire day taking care of. This evening, my girlfriend and I will be heading down to my Dad for a barbecue. Mom is still at the hospital so I think he'll appreciate the company. In any case, here's today's training entry!

Today I was mentally off. I don't know why, but things just didn't seem to fall into place. However, this did not affect my physical performance in any way. In fact, I did quite a few increases as far as wights were concerned. All-in-all, strong body, troubled mind...
