Training Day Three Hundred Fifty Seven

For those of you who keep up with the website, you may know that my Mom turned real ill the other day (read about it here), and as a result of that she was hospitalized. Today, I finally got to drive up to Halmstad and get her back home with my Dad. It feels great seeing them back together, not to mention their dog, who was absolutely out of her mind with happiness - and the same thing goes for my Mom. On a more sad note, however, we're having car issues once again. Although, in comparison to the good news that fades into nothingness. A good day for a workout!

# Workout Notes:
The extra pieces of candy and calories continue on to make their way into my diet, which means that the gains at the gym continue to escalate as well. This is of course a good thing, but it also means that I'll have to keep an eye on the form. Things can easily get out of hand for me if I don't make sure that they're under control. A burden that I have to live with due to my previous life. Then again, it doesn't really feel like a burden at all.
