Training Day Three Hundred Sixty One

Life is playing a dirty game right now. First, my Mom turns real ill and we have to spend the entire night at the emergency unit. Lately, my girlfriend has been having some issues with her leg, and more precisely, in the area where she had her blood clot the previous summer. We've been slightly worried about it and at the same time we've been hoping that it wouldn't be anything serious. Today we decided to call the specialist as well as a nurse and they all told us to head to the emergency unit. Personally, I had to work, so my Mom was kind enough to accompany my girlfriend to the hospital. At this very moment, we're all home, safe and sound, and there was nothing to be alarmed about. It's of course good to know, but at the same time, we're still keeping an eye on it. It wouldn't be the first time that we've been cheated...

Today's workout was fairly decent. Wasn't really that much of an increase as far as the weights were concerned, but then again, I wasn't performing below my regular level either. To be honest, the only important thing for today is that my girlfriend is well!
