Training Day One Hundred Eighty Nine

It's been a day of baking and eating, and to top things off, it's also the day where I train chest and biceps. I don't know about you guys, but that's a pretty good way to end a week in my book!

# Workout Notes:
This was the first chest and biceps workout that I did back at Laholms HälsoCenter in three weeks. The issue with that was that the smith machine I had been using prior to today had some kind of weird resistance thingy going on. That meant that the weights for the evening had to be recalculated. Unfortunately that resulted in me hitting only 3 reps on the last set of Smith Machine Incline Bench Press. Other than that, things went pretty smooth.
