Training Day One Hundred Seventy Nine

It's been yet a much needed day of calm. Been spending most of my time writing on an article that is soon so be posted on the website. Other than that I've been contemplating whether I should have my cheat day today or not. The final decision ended up with the following answer: today's the day!

Since it was cheat day today, I loaded up with some candy prior to hitting the gym. I don't know if it really did me any good, but it tasted nice and the workout was great. Yet another day of progress!
