Training Day One Hundred Eighty Six

It's been a day of studying today since I'm heading to the university tomorrow for some guidance. I'll be discussing my upcoming c-level paper, which is yet again aimed towards bodybuilding. Also, as promised on Facebook, this entry will include my personal experience of the extremely hyped pre-workout product Craze, which I tested for the first time today.

Triceps pic taken this morning (prior to my workout).

# Workout Notes:
I guess it's time to put the cards on the table. The workout is done and Craze has been taken and tested. So, what's the verdict? First of all, there's no incredible gains to be made. I really didn't increase any reps or have any significant strength gains. Nor did the product deliver any pump. Then again, the product isn't really designed to do that either. However, as far focus and mental preparation was concerned, the product definitely delivered. I actually had a gym buddy try it out for the first time today as well. We both discussed our experience during our workouts, and we both agreed that it definitely had a positive perceived effect on our metal focus. As far as the taste goes (it was Berry Lemonade), it wasn't really that great - kind of a bitter aftertaste. My buddy thought it tasted really good though. So, I guess that's a fifty fifty on the flavor aspect. All in all, we both agreed that the product is worth an 8 out of 10 considering the effect we actually experienced. I would recommend Craze if you're after a product that increases your mental focus, and, if you got the cash to spare. However, I would like to note that I'm not sure I personally prefer a mental focus enhancing product before a product that gives you a good pump.
