Cheat Day Forty

It's the second day that my girlfriend's friend is staying over and it also happens to be my cheat day. That meant that I joined them for breakfast and took the opportunity to get some extra peanut butter into the system. Now, if there's one thing you can't get enough of on your cheat day, it's peanut butter. We also managed to make a cozy little trip to my parents house where we got some hot chocolate and coffee before heading up into the forest for a picnic. Without further delay, here are the goodies for the whole evening.

Peanut butter toasts and ham for breakfast.

Toast with butter.

Brie cheese.

Candy and biscuits.

Candy and biscuits - the return!

Not even the Christmas tree was safe!

Marshmallows.

Cozy coffee break out in the open with some pastries.

Thai satay for dinner!

Ice-cream and protein bar!

Ending the evening with chocolate ice-cream and pancakes - epic!

Oh, let's see now. Just as the New Year's Eve cheat day, this will most likely be an understatement, but here goes! Peanut butter sandwiches and ham, 1000 calories. Toast, 150 calories. Brie cheese, 300 calories. Candy and biscuits, 1000 calories. Pastries, 500 calories. Thai satay, 800 calories. Ice-cream and proteinbar, 350 calories. Ice-cream and pancakes, 1000 calories. Take away a few meals at a total of 1079 calories and we end up at a total of 4021 extra calories for the evening.

In the evening we actually went bowling in Ängelholm. Naturally I scored plenty of strikes and took everyone by storm... or not. But I did in fact manage to win. In any case, it's been an awesome cheat day. Hope you all had an awesome day as well!
