Training Day Two Hundred Thirty One

It's been a long day of studying as well as school related errands. Started the morning with spending a good few hours by the books as well as making a few c-paper related phone calls. After that I took off to Halmstad in order to collects some questionnaires. As soon as all the meetings were done, and the questionnaires were collected, I headed off to Laholms HälsoCenter for a hamstrings and triceps workout.

# Lying Leg Curl

# Workout Notes:
It's now the second day away from my cheat day and yesterday's performance seemed to repeat itself at the gym. I had a good and strict session on the Lying Leg Curl Machine. Just as the previous week's hamstrings workout, Lying Leg Curl was the only exercise used due the other hamstring machines temporarily being removed from the gym. After hamstrings were done I moved on to a real solid triceps workout where I felt especially strong during the last exercise.
