Training Day Two Hundred Twenty One

This was the first training session for the year 2013. Yesterday, I spent an awesome New Year's Eve (as well as Cheat Day) with my girlfriend. This morning, however, the scale showed an increase of 4.4 kilos (9,7 lbs)! Needless to say, there was a lot of food, and, today's workout was bound to bring some power to the equation. Today was also the first time that I used the training diary given to me by my nephew as a Christmas present. If you haven't read it already, read heart warming story here.

# Workout Notes:
I started this morning feeling real tired. After a visit at my Mom and Dad's house the feeling continued and it followed with me as I headed towards the gym. The initial exercises were a pain and it took me a good few sets before I started waking up. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the strength today though. In fact, I felt stronger than usual and I increased quite a lot in quite a few exercises. However, that is to be expected from the massive calorie intake yesterday.
