Training Day Two Hundred Thirty Three

Had a few errands to run today which meant that we made a little trip to Halmstad this morning. It has been an incredibly beautiful day today with the sun shining on the snow covered tree tops. A good day to keep the motivation at a high. Unfortunately though, I was feeling a bit sick prior to heading to Laholms HälsoCenter - a possible bump in the road as far the daily performance was concerned.

# Workout Notes:
I'm not entirely sure what was wrong with me prior to heading into the gym, but whatever it was, it was gone when I got there. Just before taking off from home I had myself some candy and a big scoop of Craze. I guess the extra calories as well as the PWO helped a little bit because the nauseous sensation was completely gone once arrived at the gym. I took my usual 10 grams of BCAA and begun what came to be a real good leg workout. Just as the previous training days, things are going really well. There are no issues with the performance and I feel pretty powerful even though I'm getting leaner and leaner. Also, this was the first time that I really got to test the new Hack Squat Machine. Last time, the foot plate was loosened and I couldn't perform the movement the way I wanted to. To conclude, the machine as well as the workout was awesome!
