Training Day Two Hundred Eighty Seven

Tomorrow is an extremely exciting day. At 2.30 I'll be in Varberg, meeting up with the surgeon who did the operation on my abdomen, where they removed almost 1.5 kilos (3,3 pounds) of excess skin. This time, he's polishing up the initial work by removing skin tags on each side where the scar ends. Hopefully, this will be the last procedure that I'll have to do around the abdominal area, which means I can now focus on trying to fund the operation that'll remove the skin around my chest area. In any case, enough about that, as it's time to reveal today's training entry.

# Workout Notes:
I was rather tired as I started heading towards the gym, after having spent the morning studying, and the afternoon working. I loaded up with some candy to keep the spirit high, but unfortunately I was too tired snap out of it. I won't say that the workout was a bad one, but I did feel a bit slow. Nevertheless, tomorrow is an exciting day, and this was the last workout prior to the operation. Hopefully the procedure won't interfere with my future training all too much.
