Training Day Two Hundred Ninety Three

Today has been a day of secrecy as I've been planning my girlfriend's upcoming birthday. Naturally, she has no idea of what this will include - the only thing she knows is that it'll be an experience that starts in the morning and ends late towards the night. Hopefully, it'll be a success, so wish me luck!

# Workout Notes:
Today's workout was awesome. The 12 reps strategy continues and today I even increased the One-Leg Leg Extensions to 12 reps instead of 8. However, it was done by mistake, but much to my surprise I was able to pull it off (with a bit of cheating on the last few reps).
