Training Day Two Hundred Ninety Six

Tomorrow, it's time to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday, and since I have a deadline on Wednesday, I have to make sure that I get all the work out of the way before then. This has meant that I've had to spend the entire day preparing for tomorrow as well as making sure that all the "homework" gets done. For some reason, I started the morning by forgetting to time my usual walk. However, I did start the BODY Radio as soon as I got walking, which meant that I could just check the time that has passed in the interview. In any case, I'm excited about taking my girlfriend on a trip tomorrow, but probably not as excited as she is!

# Workout Notes:
As usual, two days after the cheat day, the performance is awesome - today was no different. The best part of the workout was the Lying Leg Curl exercise, where I increased a lot of the weights in comparison to last week's workout. Feels good to have a rather powerful workout just before yet another cheat day!
